How long does shipping take for my robot mower?
Shipped from New Zealand it will take 2-5 days to arrive.
Robotic mowers are classed as 'dangerous goods' due to the battery and extra processing is required.

How are Robot Lawn Mowers installed?
At Robot Lawn Mower NZ, we offer two options: boundary wire robot mowers and wireless robot mowers.
Boundary Wire Robot Mowers: These mowers are guided by a perimeter wire, which is pegged along the boundary of your property. This wire helps the robotic mower stay within the set boundaries, preventing it from entering other people's gardens or straying onto the road, adding an extra layer of safety.
Wireless Robot Mowers: These mowers operate by mapping your lawn using GPS and satellite technology to determine their position. They navigate your lawn autonomously without the need for physical boundary wires, offering a more flexible installation option.

No device can guarantee absolute safety.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to trial the mower.
We understand this can be frustrating.
However, we strive to do our best to test our robotic mowers against conditions similar to yours. We take custom recommendations and will test conditions out of interest or necessity. (Want to know what happens when you run over a dog toy? We can test it for you!)
