I want to trial the robot mower?
Unfortunately, we do not offer the ability to trial the mower.
We understand this can be frustrating.
However, we strive to do our best to test our robotic mowers against conditions similar to yours. We take custom recommendations and will test conditions out of interest or necessity. (Want to know what happens when you run over a dog toy? We can test it for you!)

How long does shipping take for my robot mower?
Shipped from New Zealand it will take 2-4 days to arrive.
This is because robotic mowers are classed as 'dangerous goods' due to the battery and extra processing is required.

It's important to be sure of your purchase as we do not offer change of mind.
How are Robot Lawn Mowers installed?
A perimeter wire is pegged to the boundary of the property, the robotic mower uses this to guide and mow the lawn.
This acts as an extra safety feature, you can be sure your robotic mower won't go out of the boundary into other people's gardens or on the road causing accidents.
Where can I find the Manuals?
Can I leave the mower unattended while mowing?
It's not recommended to leave a robot mower unattended while it is mowing.
Robot Mowers are designed to operated autonomously, despite safety features and sensors the robot mower can encounter unexpected obstacles or situations.
I have Pets/Children, are Robot Mowers safe?
Robot mowers can be considered safe around children and pets if used properly and with proper supervision.
No device can guarantee absolute safety.
Factors to consider:
Manufacturer guidelines: Follow the manufacturers instructions and guidelines for proper use and installation.
Age Appropriate supervision: Ensure children are supervised by a responsible adult while the robot mower is operating. Younger children may not understand the potential dangers associated with the device.
Education Awareness: Teach children about the potential hazards of the robot lawn mower. (safe distance, not to touch etc).
